About the Role
Typical duties include smoothing freshly poured asphalt, shoveling materials, pulling and pushing an asphalt rake to achieve fine‑grade specifications, site clean‑up, flagging, and assisting other workers as directed. Employees must follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental regulations. • Smooth freshly poured asphalt, shovel materials, and level asphalt using a rake to fine‑grade specifications. • Perform site clean‑up, flagging, and other tasks as assigned. • Assist coworkers and follow directions from management. • Adhere to company policies, OSHA/MSHA, and environmental regulations. • Work outdoors in extreme weather and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime. • Maintain a dedication to safe work practices and pass pre‑employment drug screening. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match after one year of service.

What You Bring
