About the Role

Key responsibilities include supporting sales through leads, presentations, training, and competitive intelligence, as well as creating business development plans and introducing new products. The specialist conducts drilling and operational studies, performs MWD analysis, and supplies data for strategic product line expansion. Financial awareness of profit and loss statements and balance sheet items related to operations is also required. Customer service duties involve delivering product training, assisting with tender documentation and pricing strategies, and providing marketing materials. The specialist visits key customers alongside the sales team to convey in‑depth product knowledge, develop relationships, and troubleshoot technical issues while ensuring product performance meets specifications. Technical expertise is demonstrated by developing application training for sales and service personnel, acting as the subject‑matter expert on new drill technologies such as GPS navigation and data integration, and staying current on industry developments. What You Bring
