Graduate Project Controls Engineer (Saudi National)

Job Highlights
About the Role
The Graduate Project Controls Engineer role supports project scheduling, progress reporting, cost and change management, risk and issue tracking, data integrity, governance, and continuous improvement within the PMO framework. • Maintain activity data in Primavera P6, including coding, calendars, and resources; run basic health checks. • Prepare weekly and monthly data for dashboards, validate data, and produce narrative highlights and exceptions. • Monitor project performance against baseline schedule and budget. • Log change requests, track VOs/RFCs, and maintain earned value and progress curves under guidance. • Update risk registers, follow up owners, and assist in QSRA preparation. • Organize project information in SharePoint/Aconex, ensure version control and audit trails, and maintain deliverables registers. • Apply DCMA 14 checks, comply with PMC/PMO standards, and contribute to audit responses and close‑outs. • Automate routine reports and propose small process improvements.

What You Bring
• Strong Excel skills; introductory knowledge of Primavera P6 and Power BI (training provided). • Good written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and proactive learning attitude. • Experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Aconex. • Analytical rigor, reliability, clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and resilience under deadlines.
