About the Role
You will operate heavy equipment—including bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders—at one of our recycling facilities that serve over 20 million customers across the United States, playing a vital role in our operations. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders per safety policies • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance with accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance

What You Bring
The work environment involves a shop or field setting with exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes, requiring motor coordination, occasional lifting, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must possess a REAL ID or acceptable alternative for travel or access to federal property, as required by federal law. • Stable, consistent hours (Mon‑Fri, rotating Sat, 9 am‑5:30 pm) • Minimum 1 year experience operating heavy equipment; age 18+; legal work eligibility • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical; meet physical demands • Thrive working independently, take safety accountability, communicate effectively, solve problems • Physical requirements: motor coordination, occasional lifting <30 lb, exposure to dirt, noise, weather, rare hazards
