About the Role
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will shape design strategy and communicate solutions through visual artifacts and presentations. Ongoing user research and testing will ensure that the experience meets real customer needs. • Design and deliver end‑to‑end personalized platform experiences. • Partner with product, engineering, and data science to plan and build solutions. • Create wireframes, task flows, and presentations that communicate challenges and solutions. • Conduct and oversee user research and usability testing throughout the design lifecycle. • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to solve complex design problems. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies for marketing workflows.

What You Bring
Successful candidates bring more than nine years of professional UX design experience, including at least four years designing B2C experiences, and have a proven track record with AI‑powered interfaces and scalable platform design. Strong communication, storytelling, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders are essential. Preferred credentials include a degree in HCI or interaction design, experience in agile environments, and proficiency with design systems and tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Critical thinking, data‑driven decision making, and familiarity with subscription‑based self‑service journeys further strengthen a candidate’s fit. • Lead experience design initiatives and set strategic direction. • 9+ years of professional UX design experience, including 4+ years designing B2C experiences. • Proven expertise designing AI‑powered interfaces such as conversational UI and intelligent content discovery. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams from problem definition to prototype delivery. • Strong prototyping skills using AI‑enhanced tools across fidelity levels. • Exceptional communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience structuring and conducting diverse customer research methods. • Preferred: degree in HCI or interaction design, agile development background. • Proficiency with design systems and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision). • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. • Use of data and analytics to inform design decisions.
