Are you an experienced M&E Engineer based in the Midlands area looking for a new and rewarding challenge? We are hiring a Mobile M&E Engineer with a focus on electrical and plumbing to join our dedicated Facilities Management team, offering the chance to work for an award‑winning FM provider across a diverse portfolio of client sites. The successful candidate will be proactive, self‑sufficient and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems, operating within a 40‑hour Monday‑Friday schedule and participating in a one‑in‑four week call‑out rota. • Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing • 18th Edition electrical qualification • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation • Proven plumbing experience • Valid UK driving licence • Prior experience in a similar M&E role • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills • Solid understanding of health and safety protocols • F‑Gas certification (desirable) • IOSH Working Safely qualification (desirable) • Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience (desirable)
