Job Highlights
About the Role
• Attend site daily and respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks. • Conduct make‑ready and turn‑over activities, ensuring units and common areas are repaired and cleaned. • Maintain swimming pool, perform cleaning, and keep accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazards. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA guidelines, and maintain a well‑organized, stocked maintenance shop. • Assist supervisor with hazard communication, safety practices, inventory monitoring, and record‑keeping. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours duties as needed. • Meet physical demands such as climbing ladders, lifting 100+ lb objects, and working in various weather conditions.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma/equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Possess reliable transportation for emergency on‑call situations.
