About the Role
In this role you will be part of the Project Delivery team, overseeing project execution and upholding the company’s safety and quality standards. You will also provide mentorship to junior engineers and work closely with colleagues to meet client expectations. • Ensure project scope is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to AVRS/client standards. • Promote and adhere to AVRS’s positive safety culture and all health and safety legislation. • Deliver installation works to the highest quality in line with contract and project quality plans. • Coach and mentor Project Engineers and Senior Site Members. • Collaborate effectively within the growing Project Delivery team. • Interpret contracts, programmes and cost reports; track and update project programmes.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings extensive water‑industry project management experience, strong contract and programme interpretation skills, and the required professional credentials such as CSCS/ECS/CCNSG and a full UK driving licence. Additional assets include familiarity with IchemE and NEC 3/4 contracts, first‑aid certification, and a fitness‑to‑work assessment. • Hold relevant professional qualifications (CSCS/ECS/CCNSG), full UK driving licence, and experience with IchemE, NEC 3 & 4 contracts. • Possess emergency first‑aid/first‑aider certification and fitness‑to‑work medical clearance.
