About the Role
• Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems for customers. • Serve as the local technical contact and lead field issue resolution. • Deliver turnkey projects for small to medium scopes, ensuring proper operation of controls, sensors, and software. • Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports, and implement time‑management strategies for customer satisfaction. • Communicate project status and provide site‑specific training to owners and operators.

What You Bring
• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years experience in building automation, controls, HVAC, or a technical field. • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, hold a valid driver’s license, and be insurable by company insurance. • Preferred: degree or certification in HVAC/Controls; experience with WebCTRL or similar automation software; knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless networks. • Strong English verbal and written communication, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
