About the Role

• Develop, monitor, and update the owner's Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large‑scale capital programs. • Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations. • Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for team approval. • Conduct resource loading and leveling of schedules. • Consolidate contractors' schedules into the IMS. • Assess impacts on the critical path and near‑critical activities and report findings. • Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing corrective actions. • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to measure project progress. • Review schedules regularly with project team members to ensure accurate, timely data. • Prepare and deliver schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analysis periodically. • Maintain a record of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance. • Ensure credibility of information contained in the schedule. • Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support scheduling as a project‑controls function on a large‑scale project. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering construction project‑control services. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5‑7 years of relevant experience. • Experience working within a complex matrix environment. • Expertise in Primavera P6. • Excellent communication skills.

Benefits
