What You Bring

The role is a Filter Tech position in the St. Louis region, requiring travel and overnight stays four nights every other week. As a Filter Tech you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance on rooftop ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. • Hands‑on skill development not learned behind a desk • Strong work ethic, flexible mindset, eager to learn and grow • At least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions) • Lives within 40 miles of the St. Louis region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft and using extension ladders • Weight under 275 lb to meet ladder safety limits • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Willing to work 50+ hours per week • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lb • Preferred experience: facility/grounds maintenance, construction, cable installation, route driving, or roofing
