About the Role

Responsibilities include preparing technical compliance agreements with suppliers or customers, understanding material concepts, part application, and the tools used for the relevant product base, as well as being aware of IEC/UL standards for a variety of electrical products. • Apply electrical design fundamentals and product concepts to uncover cost‑out opportunities. • Participate in product process, testing, and validation activities. • Prepare technical compliance agreements with suppliers or customers.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, preferably with cost‑out experience. The role involves working with electrical components, wires, electronic systems, automotive products, EV/HEV battery systems, UPS, terminals, connectors, and supplier qualification for technical aspects. The candidate should be able to apply electrical design basics and product concepts to identify new cost‑out opportunities and collaborate with suppliers. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with cost‑out experience. • Experience with electrical components, wiring, electronic systems, automotive, EV/HEV battery systems, UPS, terminals, and connectors. • Knowledge of supplier qualification processes and ability to work with or identify suppliers. • Familiarity with material concepts, part applications, and related tooling. • Understand IEC/UL standards for various electrical products.
