What You Bring

Candidates should have a four‑year degree with at least one year of related experience or three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Strong project‑management, new‑business development, communication, negotiation, and computer skills are essential, and knowledge of ground‑protection or construction equipment is preferred. The role may require physical activities such as bending, lifting 50 pounds, and working both indoors and outdoors. • Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio within a high‑demand market • 4‑year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of experience or 3–4 years of related sales experience • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Minimum age of 21 years • Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Solid computer skills • Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment (preferred) • Bilingual Spanish (preferred in some locations)
