About the Role

The incumbent is responsible for exchanging data, addressing interaction concerns, and driving improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Standardized manufacturing processes are managed, and guidelines are followed to select appropriate actions, with procedures frequently updated by other functions and implemented within the department. The position leads a small manufacturing unit or a segment of a larger unit, overseeing a budget exceeding $1.5 million. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED combined with at least four years of manufacturing experience. Additionally, a minimum of three years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist is required. The ideal candidate exhibits strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership abilities. They must be capable of influencing others, leading small teams, and managing initiatives of moderate scope and impact, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4 years manufacturing experience) and at least 3 years as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
