About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing PMO, project controls and change management delivery across complex commissions, designing and embedding frameworks aligned with Mace’s control centre and client expectations, and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will advise on cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting, facilitate governance, reporting and assurance, manage baselines, monitor change and drive delivery performance. We have several opportunities over the next few months and are also open to applications from candidates outside Indianapolis who have the right to work in the US without sponsorship and are willing to work a fly‑in‑fly‑out remote and on‑site model. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or a related field, and have proven experience as a project control or change management professional in construction projects. Experience delivering PMO, project controls and change management services in the construction sector or consultancy, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are required. Effective communication, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, and experience in capital projects within life sciences or manufacturing are also essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or related field. • Demonstrated experience as a project control or change management professional in construction projects. • Experience delivering PMO, project controls, and change management services in construction or consultancy. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. • Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. • Experience in capital projects within life sciences or manufacturing.
