About the Role

• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control. • Prepare the Project Management and Construction Management Plans. • Develop and implement contract administration procedures (documents, changes, time, cost, quality, safety). • Manage procurement, construction schedules, subcontract scopes, constructability and value‑engineering reviews, estimating, and performance presentations. • Administer construction activities and monitor design progress relative to construction needs. • Conduct value‑engineering and constructability reviews. • Lead local bidding efforts and obtain field quotes. • Assist in procuring purchase orders and subcontract packages. • Oversee document management and review submittals, shop drawings, and pay applications. • Prepare, issue, and negotiate change orders. • Review and analyze baseline and updated construction schedules. • Control project budget and schedule. • Coordinate quality‑assurance, inspection services, and subcontractor compliance with health‑safety programs. • Prepare and update schedules, pay requests, and regular progress, budget, and schedule reports. • Set up project sites and temporary facilities.

What You Bring

• Airfield experience. • Construction or design certifications. • Proficiency with estimating, scheduling, project‑management, and web‑based collaboration software. • Ability to interpret construction schedules. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 10 years of construction planning and management experience covering contracts, document, time, cost, quality, change, and site safety management. • Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam). • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with owners, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
