About the Role
The Manager Business & Market Analytics leads the development and execution of comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities across business, market, customer, and pricing domains to drive data‑informed decision making. This role partners with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing leadership to deliver actionable insights that enhance performance, identify market opportunities, and optimize pricing strategies. Key responsibilities include designing sophisticated analytics models to uncover market trends, customer behaviors, competitive positioning, and pricing optimization opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. The manager builds scalable analytics frameworks and dashboards, collaborates with data science teams on advanced analytics such as predictive modeling and machine learning, and leads cross‑functional analytics projects while ensuring data governance and quality.

What You Bring
The position requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and advanced proficiency with analytics tools like SQL, Python, R, and data‑visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. A master's degree in an analytical field or an MBA is preferred, with at least five years of experience in business analytics, market analysis, or a similar role, especially in subscription‑based or recurring‑revenue environments. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering) and a proven consultative track record working directly with executive stakeholders. The role also emphasizes mentorship, performance management, and the development of a high‑performing analytics team.
