About the Role
We are looking for a Welder to join our team, assembling and repairing metal components using high‑heat equipment, reading drawings, taking measurements, setting up and aligning parts, and ensuring quality and safety throughout the process. The role involves operating manual or semi‑automatic welding equipment in various positions and completing the required documentation. • Assemble and repair metal components using heavy, high‑heat welding machinery. • Read technical drawings and take measurements to plan layouts and procedures. • Select appropriate welding equipment or method based on job requirements. • Set up and cut materials with powered saws, grind parts, and align components using calipers and clamps. • Perform manual or semi‑automatic welding in vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions. • Repair machinery by welding pieces and filling gaps. • Test and inspect welded surfaces for flaws. • Maintain welding equipment safely and comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Complete QC sheets, manufacturing forms, and work‑completion documentation. • Follow safety standards and wear appropriate protective gear. • Work flexible hours to match personal productivity peaks.

What You Bring
