ECS Limited is seeking an experienced leader to manage our construction materials testing group in the Phoenix office. As the Construction Materials Department Manager, you will oversee CMT operations, field and lab technicians, project deliverables, and quality control while contributing to business growth. The role requires 6–8+ years of engineering experience in laboratory testing, construction observation, field quality assurance, site grading, and supervision of testing activities. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, leadership, project management skills, and technical knowledge of testing procedures and specifications, alongside experience with budgeting and financial management. A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred. • 6–8+ years of engineering experience in laboratory testing, construction observation, field QA testing, site grading, and supervising testing. • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities. • Technical expertise in testing procedures and specifications. • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial aspects. • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited); Master's preferred.
