About the Role

The specialist supports the sales organization by assisting in the preparation, coordination, and management of project proposals for high‑voltage equipment, ensuring alignment with market and customer requirements. • Prepare timely and comprehensive offers/quotations for GIS and generator circuit breaker RFQs. • Identify technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions for customer projects. • Collaborate with sales support, product groups, territory marketing and service sales managers across regions. • Analyze customer needs using market data and inputs from Service FES/Territory Managers. • Ensure proposals comply with Hitachi Energy procedures, guidelines, and terms and conditions. • Review technical documents, define scope of supply, configure products, and list deviations. • Create datasheets, quality plans, painting specifications, and document lists for proposals. • Develop complete commercial quotations employing various pricing strategies. • Support Area Sales Managers during offer clarification and follow‑up activities. • Coordinate with design, project management, SCM and other functions during tendering. • Conduct cost analysis and lost‑proposal analysis to improve future offerings. • Maintain compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • Possess 3–8 years of experience in GIS, EPC, or high/medium voltage product sales and tendering. • Demonstrated ability to prepare and support offer/quotation processes. • Proficient with sales and tendering tools. • Knowledge of power grid market and system offerings. • Excellent communication skills in English.
