About the Role
A Code Enforcement Manager plays an active role in achieving long‑term customer satisfaction within Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities vary by community but focus on inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. The manager conducts regular inspections by walking or driving through the community, notifies responsible parties of code issues through multiple channels, and investigates alleged violations to determine validity and appropriate corrective actions. Systematic property maintenance inspections are scheduled to ensure minimum property standards are met, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Walk or drive through the community to conduct property inspections. • Notify responsible parties of code issues in writing, by phone, in person, and electronically. • Respond to and investigate allegations of code violations to assess validity and determine corrective actions. • Investigate and enforce property codes within community boundaries. • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to meet minimum standards. • Provide professional customer service. • Apply effective time management and critical prioritization skills.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED (Associates Degree preferred) and at least two years of related experience. Required skills include proficient conflict‑resolution techniques, professional communication across phone, written, and verbal formats, strong customer service, self‑motivation, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective time‑management with critical prioritization. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred. • Possess at least 2 years of directly related experience. • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of conflict‑resolution techniques. • Exhibit professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal). • Be self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented, and a team player.
