About the Role
• Partner with finance, HR, Rewards and Talent Acquisition to lead People Cost and headcount forecasting and budgeting. • Build and maintain driver‑based models for compensation, benefits and workforce planning, providing variance analysis and executive commentary. • Streamline workflows, identify automation opportunities and implement best‑practice templates across the global COE with CFO Transformation, DIO and Data & Analytics teams. • Ensure integrity of headcount and People Cost data across Workday, Oracle/EPM and related systems, maintaining definitions and proactively resolving data‑quality issues. • Translate data into concise, executive‑ready insights and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Apply 5–8+ years of FP&A or People Cost analytics experience in a matrixed environment. • Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, HR analytics, economics, business or related field; advanced degree a plus. • Demonstrate strong technical expertise with large datasets, Excel and finance systems; experience with Workday, Oracle EPM/Anaplan and BI tools preferred. • Exhibit a builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity and focus on standardization, scalability and continuous improvement across multiple COE lanes.

Benefits
The targeted pay range for this position in Warsaw, Poland is 156,000‑248,000 PLN annually, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new‑hire base pay. Compensation may also include bonus, equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
