About the Role
• Apply interior and architectural design documentation from programming through construction administration. • Produce clear oral and written communications, presentations, and detailed design documentation. • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a positive attitude in demanding situations. • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office for design work.

What You Bring
The Interior Designer contributes to HDR’s mission by delivering design solutions that support global impact, working both independently and as part of project teams. The role requires a professional mindset and adaptability to evolving project demands. This position embodies HDR’s belief that diverse perspectives and collaboration drive innovative outcomes. • Hold LEED AP and/or WELL AP credentials (preferred). • Earn a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. • Bring at least five years of experience in a design‑focused firm. • Possess NCIDQ certification and an applicable interior design license.
