About the Role

The Manager, Business Systems Analysis will lead delivery of innovative application solutions that support the operations and scalability of Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Brookfield Credit. The role applies hands‑on product management, application support, and business systems analysis expertise to implement applications, data, and system integrations. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence across applications and integrations by managing ServiceNow service requests and incident response metrics, delivering continuous improvement through automation and root‑cause analysis, maintaining up‑to‑date product documentation, and designing and supporting data interfaces and system integrations. The manager will serve as the application product expert, leverage cloud data marts such as Databricks and Snowflake to deliver business intelligence reports, monitor and support high‑performance ETL/ELT processes, provide after‑hours L1/L2 support, and drive migration of legacy integrations to Snowflake while ensuring scalability and stability. • Manage ServiceNow service requests and incident response to meet SLA targets. • Automate processes and perform root‑cause analysis for continuous improvement. • Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation, including diagrams, data catalogs, and roadmaps. • Design, implement, and support application integrations and data interfaces. • Serve as product expert, addressing user queries and optimizing application usage. • Create business intelligence reports using Databricks and Snowflake data marts. • Monitor and ensure high‑performance ETL/ELT pipelines across systems. • Provide L1/L2 after‑hours support for application and integration components. • Develop data validation and cleansing procedures to preserve data integrity. • Lead migration of legacy integrations to Snowflake, ensuring scalability. • Translate business requirements into technology solutions and communicate them to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with technology and business standards. • Apply modern data frameworks (Medallion Architecture) and ensure data governance compliance.

What You Bring

Collaboration with business stakeholders is essential to translate requirements into technology‑driven solutions, communicate complex engineering processes to both technical and non‑technical audiences, align initiatives with broader technology and business goals, and support end users in daily operations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration/Commerce, or a related field, and at least six years of product ownership and business systems analysis experience in the Asset Management or Insurance industry. Required skills comprise experience with Asset Management and actuarial applications, data orchestration tools (Workato, Informatica), ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, modern data frameworks such as Medallion Architecture, and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. • Possess 6+ years of product ownership and business systems analysis in Asset Management or Insurance. • Experience with Asset Management applications (e.g., Aladdin, Clearwater, WSO, SS&C PLM) and actuarial tools (e.g., FinX, AON Pathwise). • Proficient in Workato, Informatica, ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, XML/JSON/CSV.
