About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments, providing guidance, and supervising an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. • Ensure facility operations follow company policies and procedures. • Coordinate daily tasks by assigning jobs and providing guidance to staff. • Supervise the assigned location in the manager’s absence. • Maintain clean and safe environments, adhering to established standards. • Operate specialized cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely. • Perform general janitorial duties as needed. • Provide a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
