About the Role
The role is part of the WSP Summer Internship Program, a 12‑week schedule beginning on May 18, 2026, with a flexible start date. Interns will support a variety of engineering tasks, learn basic architecture principles, and assist with project research, field work, preliminary design calculations, and analysis. What You Bring
Required qualifications include active enrollment in an accredited Architecture or related undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later, being at least 18 years old, and having a demonstrated interest in architecture. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic technical writing and office software proficiency, adherence to workplace safety policies, and authorization to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications are enrollment in a graduate Architecture program, prior internship experience, and campus leadership involvement. • Be enrolled in an accredited Architecture (or related) program graduating August 2026 or later • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing abilities • Show basic proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and design tools • Hold US work authorization and be at least 18 years old • Preferred: graduate (Masters/PhD) enrollment, prior internship, and campus leadership experience

Compensation ranges from $19 to $30 per hour, with WSP USA reserving the right to adjust pay based on education, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
