About the Role

The role involves supporting project delivery together with Project Managers and Directors across WSP Middle East, while also coaching and supporting team members in the GCC. Organizational and administrative duties require strong planning, analysis and judgement, and the Principal will be accountable for both technical and commercial delivery, effective delegation, and quality checking of work. In addition to project responsibilities, the Principal will manage line‑management and mentoring of junior staff, fostering their technical development and career progression, and continuously improving their own professional skills to meet team and professional‑body requirements. • Lead and expand the Contaminated Land team in India, delivering technical and commercial project outcomes. • Mentor and coach junior staff, ensuring their technical growth and career progression. • Oversee project planning, analysis, and judgement, delegating tasks and reviewing work quality. • Continuously develop personal professional competencies to meet team and professional‑body standards.
