About the Role

• Monitor all architectural engineering aspects to ensure compliance with inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications. • Liaise with senior architectural engineers, other engineers, and managers to provide support and guidance. • Review and monitor work variations to mitigate time and cost impacts. • Check contractor documents and shop drawings for issues affecting stability or function of architectural components. • Ensure contractor compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan. • Oversee inspection protocol setup for inspection teams. • Monitor safety aspects of architectural installations. • Provide progress reports on architectural aspects of the project. • Expedite NOCs from relevant authorities when delays occur. • Maintain full site records, daily diaries, and monthly progress photography. • Expedite client approvals when stalled. • Coordinate with contractors to accelerate submissions and approvals. • Perform and evaluate tests confirming quality of architectural finishes and building components. • Conduct field checks on placement, location, and quality of architectural finishes and structural components. • Coordinate on‑site to ensure contractual obligations are met. • Conduct architectural and material inspections. • Issue NCRs to contractors and assist with corrective actions. • Ensure inspection reports are accurate and meet requirements. • Carry out execution and inspection per inspection plan, drawings, codes, and specifications. • Ensure architectural work complies with design requirements, specifications, and project plan. • Prepare daily logs and reports; maintain records of submittals, tests, and executed work. • Perform work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual. • Assist with inspection of completed works and perform additional duties as assigned. • Monitor and report on HSE matters; participate in HSE training and meetings.
