About the Role
The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgeting while serving as the primary client contact. The role monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent and is responsible for the project’s financial results. Safety is a core responsibility, with the manager perpetuating the IIF safety culture. • Lead pre‑construction activities and coordinate job transition/start‑up. • Manage project cost, schedule, and cash flow. • Oversee direct reports and maintain client relationships. • Generate and submit technical records and support construction activities. • Administer project safety, risk management, and ensure a safe work environment. • Participate in training and certifications.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and four years of experience, or eight years of construction‑related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), are required.
