About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Estimator for our data‑center construction team. The role supports large‑scale, mission‑critical projects for a key client, providing accurate cost estimates and consulting throughout all construction phases. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors and internal project teams, contributing to cost planning, risk analysis and value‑engineering initiatives. • Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems in data‑center projects. • Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements. • Collaborate with project teams on cost plans and procurement strategies. • Provide value‑engineering options and conduct cost risk analysis. • Review subcontractor bids for completeness and accuracy. • Produce formal estimating reports with quantities, costs, escalation, and assumptions. • Utilize industry‑standard estimating tools and software. • Stay current on market trends, supply‑chain conditions, and electrical systems. • Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders. • Support development of estimating standards and best practices for data‑center projects. • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field. • 3–5 years of electrical estimating or cost‑management experience. • Familiarity with electrical systems and construction industry technical matters. • Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CostX, WinEst) and Microsoft Office. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. • Experience with mission‑critical or data‑center projects is a plus.

Benefits
This full‑time position offers a salary range of $120K‑$140K, based on experience and qualifications, and includes a flexible, healthy work‑life balance.
