About the Role
The role involves providing mission planning and requirements development for integrated, lifecycle‑balanced solutions across maritime, ground, air, and space acquisitions. The engineer will develop technical information to aid government program‑management decisions and create CONOPS for technical collection operations. Key duties include overseeing contractor development of technical collection systems and software, managing system configuration documents and work breakdown structures, and supporting system‑engineering functions such as requirements development, acquisition documentation, test and evaluation, and design reviews. • Provide mission planning and requirements development for integrated system, people, and process solutions across maritime, ground, air, and space acquisitions. • Develop technical information and CONOPS to support government program‑management decision making. • Oversee contractor development of technical collection systems and software to meet system requirements. • Manage system configuration documents and work breakdown structures. • Support system‑engineering activities including requirements development, acquisition documentation, test and evaluation, and design reviews. • Provide contractor support for government collection systems and software acquisitions.

What You Bring
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (master’s preferred) and 3–8 years of relevant experience. Required skills include integrating technical effort across the system lifecycle, Agile development experience (SAFe), prioritizing technical collection tasks, processing technical intelligence, and overseeing program cost, schedule, and performance. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a STEM field (master's preferred) with 3–8 years of relevant experience. • Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and technical collection prioritization. • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
