About the Role

The role centers on day‑to‑day property management for homeowner associations, including coordinating with boards, vendors, and homeowners while overseeing community operations. • Deliver daily property management services and high‑quality customer support to homeowners. • Collaborate with Boards of Directors, vendors, contractors, and residents; conduct onsite inspections to ensure compliance with community rules. • Attend evening board meetings, record minutes, and manage third‑party vendor relationships. • Prepare communications such as letters and newsletters, develop community budgets, and review financial statements prepared by accounting.

What You Bring

• Required qualifications: minimum three years of professional HOA or property‑management experience, reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred). • Essential skills: strong customer service, written and verbal communication, multitasking, independent work ethic, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe, and Outlook. • Preferred: CAI or CACM certification and familiarity with homeowner associations in California’s Central Valley.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience. Candidates must have at least three years of HOA or property‑management experience and meet basic education and transportation requirements. • Receive a salary of $80,000‑$90,000 annually plus comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, holiday pay, and participation in company events.
