About the Role
Associates handle picking, packing, and preparing orders across the warehouse, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, receive and stock incoming merchandise, and use RF scanners with the Warehouse Management System to track inventory. They also assist walk‑in or pick‑up customers, assemble hydraulic hoses, participate in inventory counts, and follow all safety procedures and company policies. • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment across the warehouse. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely. • Receive incoming merchandise and stock shelves. • Use RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System to track inventory. • Assist walk‑in or pick‑up customers as needed. • Assemble hydraulic hoses using specialized tools. • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records. • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 75 lb (45 lb unassisted) and work at heights up to 25 ft, possess basic math and computer skills, and be detail‑oriented with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
