About the Role
You will perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance, troubleshoot drives and equipment, and fabricate or repair parts through welding, cutting and fabrication. Preventive and predictive maintenance tasks will minimize downtime, and you will document work in detailed reports while adhering to OSHA safety procedures such as LOTO and Arc Flash. The role also requires leading safe work practices, working rotating shifts including weekends and overtime, and maintaining regular onsite attendance. • Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on plant equipment. • Troubleshoot mechanical drives and manufacturing equipment to ensure uptime. • Weld, cut, and fabricate parts for installation and repair. • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime. • Prepare detailed work reports per company standards. • Follow OSHA safety procedures, including LOTO and Arc Flash. • Lead safe work practices and maintain a safety‑first attitude. • Work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed. • Maintain regular, full‑time onsite attendance. • Meet physical demands such as standing long periods, climbing, lifting, and working at heights. • Participate in a profit‑sharing and bonus plan. • Take advantage of tuition assistance for education.

What You Bring
We require at least five years of industrial mechanical and hydraulic maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical school training is preferred. Certified welding (3G Plate) and strong fabrication, welding and cutting skills are essential, as is proficiency in troubleshooting and computer‑based maintenance systems. Candidates must be detail‑oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working at elevated heights. The position involves physically demanding work, including standing for long periods, climbing, lifting, bending, and working in elevated or confined spaces as needed.
