About the Role
Responsibilities include providing classroom instruction aligned with Instructional System Development (ISD), developing and reviewing training products such as lesson plans, scripts, visual aids, and input cards, coordinating students, resources, and room availability, and recommending system improvements. The instructor will also interface with internal and external agencies and coordinate activities with training managers and government personnel. • Provide classroom instruction following ISD/ADDIE methodology. • Develop and validate lesson plans, scripts, visual aids, and input cards. • Coordinate student scheduling, resources, and training rooms. • Recommend system upgrades and interface with internal and external agencies.

What You Bring
KBR seeks an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Instructor to deliver on‑site EW Operations Course instruction for Guardians attending Counter Communication System or Bounty Hunter training at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate has experience teaching EW fundamentals and operating or instructing the Bounty Hunter or Counter‑Communications System weapon systems. Required qualifications are an active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizen only), at least three years of instructor experience using ADDIE or ISD, knowledge of EW fundamentals and operational‑level command and control, strong oral and written communication, public speaking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The candidate must be a self‑starter capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines with minimal guidance, and able to work in a secure, confined location such as a SCIF. Desired experience includes instructing the Counter Communications System, Bounty Hunter, or equivalent weapon system, and familiarity with Patriot Excalibur (PEX). The position is located at Peterson SFB with minimal travel (0‑20%) and a standard 40‑hour work week. Salary for Colorado ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, with eligibility for bonuses, sign‑on or relocation incentives, and other discretionary compensation. • Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizen only). • Minimum 3 years of instructor experience teaching EW fundamentals. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in public speaking. • Desired: experience with Counter Communications System, Bounty Hunter, or Patriot Excalibur. • Location: Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO; travel 0‑20%.
