About the Role
You will work within capital delivery, collaborating with project teams and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The role involves simultaneous delivery of water and water‑recycling projects within the AMP8 programme, ensuring governance procedures including risk, cost and change control are followed, and working with other business teams to deliver projects. • Manage projects from concept to handover. • Develop and maintain project management plans. • Drive design, surveys, and works information. • Administer NEC3/4 contracts effectively. • Ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality. • Prepare specifications, tenders, and risk registers. • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards. • Manage contractors and stakeholder engagement. • Assist in traffic management planning and coordination across delivery vehicles. • Ensure compliance with published TM procedures and stakeholder requirements. • Support interface management for operational and construction activities. • Provide strong HSW leadership, offering expert advice and assurance to senior leaders. • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing while aligning with business strategy and objectives.
