About the Role
• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage all aspects of complex small‑to‑medium projects or routine large projects. • Produce and coordinate several small‑to‑medium projects concurrently. • Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. • Coordinate staffing and workload across the project life cycle to ensure on‑schedule deliverables. • Track project financials and adjust team effort to stay within budget and schedule. • Collaborate with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. • Implement QA/QC procedures.

What You Bring
• Preferred: Master's degree. • Preferred: PMP certification. • Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. • Required: 7 years of related experience. • Required: Minimum 2 years of project management experience. • Required: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. • Required: Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project (Access a plus). • Required: Demonstrated leadership skills.
