About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be central to delivering high‑quality projects while continuously enhancing the client experience. Your day‑to‑day will involve guiding projects from concept through completion, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring rigorous quality control. You will cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, lead cross‑functional teams, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget. • Build and sustain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. • Inspire and manage cross‑functional project teams to achieve high performance. • Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and proactively address risks. • Monitor project finances, control costs, and generate accurate forecasts. • Apply rigorous quality‑control processes to meet client expectations. • Identify and implement process improvements and innovative PM practices.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline, plus at least four years of project‑management experience in real estate or construction. Candidates must be proficient with project‑management software, possess solid communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate teams. Preferred credentials include PMP certification, experience with retail‑bank construction, and familiarity with global matrix organizations, building codes, sustainability standards, and digital tools. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field. • Possess at least four years of project‑management experience in real estate or construction. • Demonstrate proficiency with project‑management software and methodologies. • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. • Preferred: PMP certification, retail‑bank construction background, experience in a global matrix organization. • Familiarity with building codes, sustainability standards, and digital project tools.

Benefits
The estimated salary range is $80,000–$105,000 per year, with remote work options in Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis. Benefits encompass a 401(k) match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, paid parental leave, paid time off, company holidays, and early wage access via Daily Pay.
