About the Role
In this position you will assist with research, lead generation, and client outreach, while preparing presentations, proposals, and financial analyses. You will conduct market research on commercial trends, coordinate property inspections, maintain databases and CRM trackers, and help draft Letters of Intent and lease agreements to ensure smooth transaction execution. • Support business development through research, lead generation, and client outreach. • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and financial analyses. • Conduct market research on commercial trends, rental values, vacancy rates, and upcoming supply. • Coordinate property inspections and meetings with landlords, developers, and clients. • Maintain and update databases, trackers, and CRM systems with client and property information. • Draft Letters of Intent, lease agreements, and other transaction documentation. • Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth leasing transaction execution. • Collaborate with internal legal, research, and finance teams for client deliverables. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders. • Participate in continuous learning and development programs.
