About the Role
• Own monthly sales targets in assigned territories • Manage and optimize business pipeline through focused prospecting • Conduct sales calls to set up demos, build relationships, and close B2B SaaS deals • Use consultative approach to address prospect needs and demonstrate Workyard’s value • Partner with customers to understand their business requirements • Build strong relationships across multiple client levels

What You Bring
• 4+ years SaaS sales experience, preferably SMB or Mid-Market • Proven outbound sales or sales development track record • Entrepreneurial, self‑starter mindset • Consistent strong work ethic • Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize • Construction industry knowledge a plus • Bachelor’s degree
