About the Role

Property managers operate independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units to verify inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and conducting payment reminder and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Perform daily unit inspections to maintain inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and handle payment reminders/collections • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50% of shift, climb stairs, open large doors • Conduct cleaning, sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior curb appeal

What You Bring

Physical demands require the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of the shift outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. The role also involves routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast food, or other service‑based roles.
