About the Role
The Concierge provides assistance to owners, residents, and their guests while helping protect the building’s assets. Each day is unique, requiring the ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills. Successful candidates bring positive energy to every conversation, resolve issues efficiently, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. • Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional. • Use discretion and maintain confidentiality of owners' proprietary information. • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support the team to reach common goals. • Offer warm, sincere, and personalized welcomes to all patrons. • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized desk and work environment. • Monitor and control electronic security control systems. • Monitor and control access to the building. • Maintain daily logs, records, and forms. • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.

Benefits
This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, from 4 pm to 12 am, with a pay rate up to $22 per hour, dependent on experience. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of the Boca Raton area.
