About the Role

• Model building services elements for electrical systems (lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection) and produce schematics and schedules. • Create 3D substation models in Revit and generate 2D drawings. • Perform basic electrical design calculations. • Apply QA/QC procedures and ensure technical correctness. • Coordinate smoothly with mechanical, structural, and architectural services. • Deliver work within project time limits.

What You Bring

• ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. • Experience in electrical modelling for building services using Revit. • Experience on substation or oil & gas projects. • Knowledge of MicroStation (advantageous). • Ability to prepare layout drawings and schematic diagrams for electrical services. • Familiarity with British and GCC standards. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently without extensive mark‑ups. • Experience with BIM360 or ProjectWise platforms (preferred).
