About the Role
Each day you will repair trucks and equipment serving over 20 million customers across North America. Using modern tools and procedures, you will maintain diesel equipment and, at some locations, a growing fleet of CNG trucks, taking pride in delivering reliable service to your community. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts. • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) and respond to emergency breakdown service calls. • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with corporate and OSHA safety standards. • Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times. • Assist senior mechanics with project work and address repairs identified in Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow established safety procedures.

What You Bring
Work hours are Monday‑Friday with consistent scheduling to support financial security and work‑life balance. You will be based in the repair/maintenance shop at our Nappanee Hauling site, performing maintenance in a shop environment. The role requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, and constant standing, walking, and grasping, with occasional sitting and balancing. You will work both inside garages and outdoors in conditions that may include dirt, odors, noise, extreme weather, and exposure to chemicals, while adhering to corporate and OSHA safety standards.
