About the Role

• Participate in monthly calls to share best practices in multiple markets. • Establish and monitor checks and balances to ensure high-quality operations, including audits, inspections, payable review, training compliance, reputation monitoring, marketing audits, asset watch list improvement, property shops, renter’s insurance governance, purchase order platform performance, and various assigned tasks. • Understand and observe compliance with management agreements and review and approve expenditures that exceed authority levels. • Guarantee timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reports, confirming expenditures comply with client and C&W policies. • Assist property/account manager in maintaining client relationships. • Ensure full utilization of C&W tools and resources such as Connect, Multifamily SharePoint, Yardi, Pinntranet, HelpHub, Blue Moon, Ops Technology, and Real Page. • Verify existence of property procedures related to CCIs and inspections, updated to current industry, client, and C&W standards. • Provide training and professional development via the Multifamily Policy Library and Maintenance/Operations SOPs. • Interface with accounting leaders and Transitions & Quality Control leader for feedback and periodic audits. • Coordinate due diligence and transitions in partnership with COEs and senior leadership. • Help develop the most profitable and efficient personnel model to staff each asset. • Assist the Asset Services leader in delivering financial results (P&L responsibility). • Assist the Managing Director with hiring, supervising, training, reviewing, and overall performance management of asset services personnel.

What You Bring

WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions. • Bachelor’s degree required. • 8-10+ years of multifamily property management and/or executive‑level sales management experience. • 5+ years of management experience.

The compensation for the position is: $114,750.00 • $135,000.00. Compensation will depend on factors such as collective bargaining agreement coverage, geographic area, market pay rates, and candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
