About the Role

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and tune up residential HVAC systems • Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide professional recommendations • Present repair, maintenance, and replacement options (commission‑eligible) • Perform safety inspections and verify system performance • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow‑through • Maintain accurate documentation and use company platforms (ServiceTitan, etc.) • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset

What You Bring
