About the Role
The senior leadership role of Associate Director (or Director) in commercial valuations will put you in charge of complex valuation portfolios while leading high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. This position blends technical valuation expertise with strategic leadership, allowing you to drive superior client service, mentor developing talent and contribute significantly to business growth across diverse commercial property sectors. • Exceed expectations through strategic client relationship management and proactive opportunity identification. • Lead and develop Assistant Valuers and Valuers, ensuring optimal workload distribution and target achievement. • Implement and maintain robust QA procedures while owning complex assignments. • Drive new client prospecting, secure bank panel appointments, and cross‑sell JLL services. • Lead sector discussions and enhance Value and Risk Advisory division capabilities.
