About the Role

The Talent Enablement Manager (People Operations Manager) serves as a strategic partner and hands‑on leader responsible for driving workforce capability, engagement, and operational excellence. You will lead a small team that implements critical talent initiatives such as onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with ABM standards and the client’s high‑performance culture. Leveraging ABM’s enterprise resources and Centers of Excellence, you will integrate best practices, SOPs, and training frameworks into site operations to deliver consistency, compliance, and innovation. • Lead a small team delivering onboarding, learning & development, and employee engagement programs. • Integrate ABM’s best practices, SOPs, and training frameworks into site operations. • Use data‑driven methods to close skill gaps, speed time‑to‑productivity, and boost retention. • Partner with stakeholders across all levels to drive workforce capability and operational excellence.

The salary range is $130,000–$190,000, with the final offer reflecting the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and market data, and includes eligibility for company incentives or bonuses.
