About the Role

Each day you will repair trucks and equipment, using modern tools and procedures to maintain diesel and, at some locations, CNG trucks, taking pride in knowing your work supports local communities. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems; estimating repair times and material costs; following Standard Labor Repair Times; responding to emergency breakdowns; conducting vehicle safety checks; completing paperwork; assisting senior mechanics; reviewing driver vehicle inspection reports; and maintaining a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles. • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts. • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs). • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls. • Conduct safety checks on all vehicles. • Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and labor hours. • Assist senior mechanics with project work. • Review and address repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.

What You Bring

The preferred candidate has at least two years of experience with fleet maintenance, engine diagnostics, and CNG knowledge. To be considered you must have two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be at least 18 years old, be legally eligible to work in the United States, pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical, and be able to meet the physical demands of the job. The ideal team member is a collaborative player who enjoys working both independently and with others, welcomes variety and daily challenges, and demonstrates determined problem‑solving skills. • Require 2+ years of relevant fleet experience, engine diagnostics, and CNG knowledge. • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and be 18+ years old. • Physically able to lift, push, pull, crouch, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods.
