About the Role

The Sr. Manager, New Equipment Sales will lead a high‑performing team within the NE‑Atlantic Operating Area, overseeing the end‑to‑end new‑equipment sales process and driving continuous improvement to achieve regional business goals. In this role you will partner with senior leadership, regional managers and functional teams to align sales initiatives with corporate strategy, while fostering strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders. • Direct the sales strategy, pricing analysis and market‑share objectives for the NE‑Atlantic territories. • Refine existing sales programs and launch new initiatives to increase bookings and awards. • Collaborate with senior leadership, general managers and territory leaders to set and execute strategic goals. • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants and general contractors. • Provide coaching, training and performance management for sales associates to exceed targets. • Coordinate with sub‑region leadership, including branch managers and functional heads, to ensure alignment. • Travel locally as needed to support sales activities and customer engagements.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will bring extensive sales experience, proven people‑leadership capabilities, and a bachelor’s degree. Experience in the elevator industry and new‑equipment sales is preferred, along with strong communication and technical skills. • Minimum five years of sales experience and prior people‑leadership experience required. • Bachelor’s degree required; five years of elevator industry experience preferred. • Demonstrated strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft‑based software and comfortable in a technical environment. • Preferred experience in new‑equipment sales.
